The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation (UPSIDC) has developed the Tronica City, which has residential, industrial, commercial and group housing plots.
The City is conveniently approachable from Alipur-Bund road along river Yamuna on the western side and Delhi-Saharanpur road on the east. This township is only 3km away from Delhi Border and 22km away from the heart of Delhi, Connaught Place.

Distinguishing features include cement-concrete road, water supply facility and ample space to keep the city pollution-free. Many reputed groups such as RMS Group, Ansals and Care Group are constructed affordable housing and commercial projects.

Moreover, Tronica City has its own captive power plant which provides 24-hour electricity.
